* These are general handyman services. I am not a licensed contractor.

JOBS I DO NOT PERFORM:

- flooring installation - tile work/grout repair - roof work/repairs

- counter tops - pavers - concrete - new construction

RATES

Quality and Affordability

My base rate is $60.00 per hour. I can also provide an estimate on larger jobs. There is a minimum of 1 hour.

Effective 10/1/22 I will begin charging a trip fee. This flat-rate fee (per day) will be based on an average travel time. For clients who live in:

Fairfax, Ross, or Kentfield: $5.00 additional fee
San Rafael, Larkspur, Greenbrae, Corte Madera, or Terra Linda: $10.00 additional fee
Novato, Nicasio, Tiburon, Mill Valley, or Sausalito: $15.00 additional fee
Outlying Marin areas (ex: Inverness, Bolinas): $20.00 additional fee

In addition, for any trips to a hardware, paint, or other supply store, an additional $5.00 travel fee will be added, on top of the above mentioned trip fee to the job-site location.

Hourly rate customers are billed in quarter-hour increments, so work is rounded to the nearest 15 minutes, after the 1 hour minimum.
